I find the entire concept absurd. Why would I want to live in a post apocalyptic word? A global nuclear war would not only destroy structures, it would poison food sources. If humans get that stupid and shoot off nukes, all I want to know is where ground zero is and be under it. I wouldn't feel a thing. 

The only people who benefit from this absurd of "prepping" are the people who sell the crap you buy.
