I am not offended by nudity. I have been to nude beaches and had a good time nude. It isn' t a problem because it is the NORM. You expect nude people at nude beaches.
I would not go to the hardware store nude - and would probably not be real comfortable if the old guy behind the counter dropped trou..... Why? Because it not expected or encouraged. In fact it' s illegal in most states.
It simply is not the appropriate place to run about naked.
I see introductions the same way. Some places are not appropriate for all forms of behavior or exchange of information.
