Guys am back and no longer under the boot of Christianity or any other "God" , it's been a while since i have been here one reason wasn't around so much was my mental health the other reason i was trapped with my OCD with different faiths etc around and around then uk lockdown started i lost weight and i become better no longer under the boot of my illness no longer going to church , no longer in that headspace talk to my friend who is a minster and am happy where i am me and my husband are getting on great together less fighting and more talking thing thought , my mental health is better no self harm or OD attempts in two years ,i have a quiet life now and am back to being non -binary , i got to a mental health arts and crafts place just down the road from where i live and am leaning how to sow and make clothes etc , i have a support worker now who i see for 4 hours a week and am mostly come watching WWE and films tv my cat Ninja is getting old he is nearly 14 now so we are spending more time with him and going for a walk every day at the moment i have hurt my neck and back so i cant do much at the moment i don't go anywhere near my mother as she is toxic and makes my mental health worse i only see two family members now Sarah my youngest niece who is 18 and Christina who is the oldest niece, and she is 28 and has a little girl named Emily she had her two years ago but i only just seen her for the firs time, and she looks a lot like Christina red hair and all the rest of the family are also too toxic , i am happy to be back i hope its ok that i have come back and is posting here again
