You must be homeschooled. You stated a false dichotomy about being simple and blissful or rational genius. You are suggesting one must be one or the other. That is not true.
Definition of Enlightened (Meriam Webster) - freed from ignorance and misinformation. (That's what one gets when one learns things. Education)
Definition of rational (same) - having reason or understanding
Wisdom is about having good judgement or insight. I've always had more difficulty explaining wisdom. But it is not enlightenment.
Why is it so?
