I understood this right off the bat, but of course I'm a long time NFL fan.  Not sure I get the Sinatra reference, though.

Side note, I think it would be great if the WFT stuck with the no nickname theme.  That would make them unique.  Why do teams need a nicknames anyway?

Now that it’s been explained, I’m guessing the Sinatra reference is to his cover of ‘New York, New York’.
