If reality is not a simulation, then reality is not a simulation. If reality is a simulation, there’s no way to determine whether it’s a simulation or not.

I find it difficult to get fussed over this.

There are opinions that disagree, I've read some things on this.  I was of the same opinion before, but there are scientific corners that I wasn't aware of.  It's been a while so I don't remember the source but I'll do some searching to see if I can find where I read these things.
