That you can’t discern the scientific fact of difference between biological sex and gender is not a problem for trans people. It’s only a problem for you and people like you.

When I was a gosssoon, in the 1960's 'the olds' (people over about 30)  would often complain about blokes with long hair. Their cri de coeur  was "you can't tell if it's a boy or a girl".  As testosterone driven  I was, I never had the slightest difficulty.

These days my answer is exactly the same as he/she who says "I'm offended by X Y or Q": So fucking what?

So far I've spent almost no time in discussing what I think should be a non issue. In the US I suspect the right of the LBQT person is protected by the First Amendment.

 I really could not give a flying furry farnarckle what other people choose to do with their genitalia and plumbing.

Well, when America struck down its sodomy laws with Lawrence v. Texas, they actually used the 14th Amendment to justify it.
