There seems to be 100's of billions of planets, a good percentage of them seem to be able to support life.
I do not like to speak in absolute certainties. No matter how infinitesimally small the chances a unicorn exists, somewhere across this unimaginably vast universe, are. Although, I am about as close to being absolutely certain as is possible, they don't exist.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
