Whenever I think of cast iron skillets being used as weapons, it puts me in mind of Tika Waylan-Majere from Dragonlance. She can use a sword if she has to, but her weapons proficiency involves bonking people on the head with a frying pan. (The first time she did it, it was hot off the stove and full of Otik's Spiced Potatoes.)
