I feel the same way as you alot of the time. Sometimes I wonder if things will ever get better and unfortunately hope is all I have so my only advice would be to keep holding onto hope. I also tend to bury myself in things, mostly music. I think sometimes it just takes you outside of yourself and you can pretend you have a different life for a while, at least that's what it does for me. I don't think there's anything wrong with that though.
