Quote:If I only "imprisoned" the criminal, then I neglected the victim and banned them -by force- from their right to see the abuser pay for their deeds.
That is a truly ghoulish mindset

Quote:Who said that prison is fair retribution for crimes such as rape, loot, murder & pillage? I just told you these crimes leave a "permanent stigma".
Justice is not about retribution. Only a primitive or depraved mind sees it that way.

Quote:This will create an inflating bubble of hate & grudge that would end up bursting with vendettas and reflective waves of vengeance.
No, it won't people are not as bloodthirsty as you are

Quote:The rise of populism is my proof.
No, it's not  Dodgy

Quote:Masses proved that they prefer the populous speech over yours; their motive were clear: they want blind vengeance from the whole world.
Lol no  Dodgy

Quote:The cause? the bubble I just told you about burst.
It will burst again, believe me.
Yeah, your delusional ramblings are never right  Dodgy

That is a disgustingly primitive way of looking at justice.  Retribution is not the way to go.  No one has the right to commit a crime in retaliation for another one.
Retribution is the justice of angry children  Dodgy
