I wouldn't because I agree on the punishment. The judge who sentences it though must consider many variables before doing so (like the age of the criminal).

War reparations are compensation payments made after a war by one side to the other. They are intended to cover damage or injury inflicted during a war. Generally, the term refers to money or goods changing hands, but not to the  of land.
