Quote:Back pain ayurvedic treatment has brought out amazing results in many. The Ayurveda practitioners usually suggest a combination of Ayurveda and yoga and the yoga part of the treatment will help you keep a good posture and mitigate the pain.
Evidence?.
Ayurveda is an ancient (over 2000 years old) medical system of limited value. EG As far as I'm aware, ayurveda is yet to discover germ theory or scientific method.
The word 'yoga' simply means 'wheel'. There are literally dozens of types.I suspect the OP is referring to Hatha Yoga, which is not actually recommended for chronic back by real doctors. To treat any form of yoga as simply a form of exercise is to miss the point of yogic practices.
I would not trust an ayurvedic 'doctor' to treat my sick dog.
Quote:Safety concerns have been raised about Ayurveda, with two U.S. studies finding about 20% of Ayurvedic treatments tested contained toxic levels of heavy metals such as lead, mercury and arsenic. Other concerns include the use of herbs that contain toxic compounds and the lack of quality control in Ayurvedic facilities.

The OP is spamming.
