My Siu Yuk turned out well. I'll be doing this again. I used hoisin sauce and Chinese mustard for dipping. I have a love / hate relationship with Chinese mustard. I love the idea of it, but I hate it once it's in my mouth. I guess I'll find some way to use it up.
