But many times, before a case even reaches the point of being tried in court, the innocence or guilt of the convicted can be rather obvious.
It's not presumptuous. It's just common sense.
I'm not saying trial by social media is something that should happen, but in most instances the verdict will probably be more accurate and closer to justice being served than a court trial.
