I think you already know that two religions having something in common doesn't mean one is plagiarized from the other..?
Besides, the Qur'an explicitly states that the Bible and the Torah are originally God's words. So God reminding us of His words in a new revelation is hardly evidence that the Qur'an is plagiarized.
