How many of you would punish religious people for being religious?

I am of the opinion that religious person punish themselves enough by wasting the live they have in pointless devotion to an afterlife, which, when they arrive at it, will tear away its own veil to reveal to them all that they sacrificed in anticipation of gaining is nothing.

They won't know, just like the rest of us. If there's nothing after death, there's nothing for all of us. Believers as well as disbelievers. Before we were born, there was nothing and after we die there will be nothing.
