I agree that either way, it's terrible to be harassed. Often, harassment comes from the majority against the minority so in my case, I would be the one harassed because I do NOT have religious beliefs (hence why I'm a closet Atheist!)

Thx. Wow, yeah. Up until i was 15 i didn't even know that some Americans had to hide their atheism like that. When i first heard the term atheist, it didn't come with a negative connotation, and it was easy to say "OK, that makes sense - so I'm an atheist then". I've never needed the label before, cause nobody in my local community brought up the religion discussion, so i didn't even know about it until 10th grade.
Wow, I'd like to spend a day in your shoes, just to see what it would be like. I don't know if i could handle living in a community like yours.
