But wait, does it meet the three requirements allowed for a president?

be a natural born citizen of the United States; [or, in this case, manufactured in America]
be at least thirty-five years old; [Nothing manufactured before 1976, although since it looks like the photo's in black and white, it may actually qualify]
have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years. [If it saw service overseas before 1997, it can't be president.]

Unfortunately, it looks like it would be ineligible. The T34 was manufactured between 1950-1958, making it old enough, but it was a Soviet tank.
