And even if you think they are being influenced by the courts, the reality remains that tens of millions of children would go without an education and very little spread would be prevented if they went with what you are suggesting, which is just a chaotic shitstorm that will leave millions of children in the dust, and you have to consider that cost when pushing for a vax mandate that you admit won't even prevent spread. And I definitely don't blame you for questioning the CDCs motives. I will never trust them or the WHO again after what they pulled during the pandemic. When did I admit that a vaccine mandate wouldn’t prevent the spread? I said it would prevent spread if a sufficient number of people took the vaccine.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the nation should move away from restrictive measures such as quarantines and social distancing and focus on reducing severe disease from COVID-19.
In new guidelines released Thursday, the agency no longer recommends staying at least 6 feet away from other people to reduce the risk of exposure -- a shift from guidance that had been in place since the early days of the pandemic.
Because you're giving a big hypothetical that's not realistic in the least bit. In your ideal situation, such and such amount of people would get vaccinated and that would have such and such impact on spread. Well, that's never going to happen and that much is beyond obvious. Millions of people are not going to get vaccinated, and if they haven't chosen to do so by now, it's probably not happening, and these people have tens of millions of children that they would never allow to be vaccinated. You're talking about your ideal world, and that's the problem. I'm dealing with the world we're actually living in, not my ideal.
