There are such doubts.  Jesus called a woman who sought his help a bitch, literally a bitch, and wondered why he should feed the dogs instead of the people- and the women seeking the help was so witty and self-debasing in her reply as-a-bitch begging for table scraps (with her dying child..so, you know, trivial matters....), that it pleased him and made him heartily laugh, and on that basis, he helped that bitch.
