Oh, I completely agree, Min. As I said, I don't like it at all. However, it's histrionic of people to read it as "There is no more due process!" I was getting tired of reading those facebook posts from ignoramuses who didn't read past the sensational titles of the articles in which they read about it. It is certainly a step in that direction and should be stopped, but not knowing the details gets laughs instead of thoughtful pauses. This is why I love the war activists in period movies. They know all the facts and precisely why they are mad. Of course, that isn't reality, but I can dream.
