(1) Are you going with 'Phenotype' or 'Culture'?
If the first option? Then you're looking at 'Andean Condor' levels of stuff. Hmmm well, have fun exploring those ethics.
If 'Culture'? Maybe look up how the Welsh and Basques worked things out.
