If heaven is a space which include all people then by logical necessity it would have to contain all the interesting people too. Therefore, if universalism is true (everyone goes to heaven) then Nietzche's statement was false. Of course, he was just being rhetorical and only referencing the mainstream xtian conception of heaven, but that's why I said 'depends'.
