What I am in favor of determining what amount of immigration is the best for the country, setting quotas, and fairly and effectively enforcing that for the good of all Americans. 

Nope your for keeping out as few of the evil foreigners as humanly possible to retain your delusions hegemony at least other right wingers are honest about this. 

Currently, illegals are being put up in hotels at taxpayer expense, while Americans, including disabled vets, are in the streets.

You don't give a fuck about homeless veterans or homeless people in general their just the cudgel you use to push a zero sum fallacy if there wasn't a single illegal migrant you right wingers would leave those people to rot.
