In the case of Perl Harbor, it was either a severe tactical mistake or intentional to build the military dock of the US Navy near civilians to get bombed.

It's not like they could move the harbor to an uninhabited place, or park the ships in unsheltered waters outside the harbor. However, civilians didn't live on the base. They lived near it, in Honolulu, eight or so miles away. That's a far cry from Hamas putting a missile battery next to a hospital or something.

I can see a cunning American politician taking joy in seeing Americans burn to have his justification to enter WW2 against Japan.

Every time I think you've plumbed the depths of stupidity, you break out your shovel and get hard to work. Your knowledge of history is at least as bad as your knowledge of current events. You should read more and post less.
