No, I’m not speaking about a false flag. This is a purely hypothetical question. Since you decline to answer it, I’ll try another. Imagine the following scenario:

A suitcase nuke IS detonated in Tel Aviv. Hundred are killed in the initial explosion, tens of thousands more will die from radiation poisoning. Power, water, and medical services are disrupted, creating a massive humanitarian crisis. Hamas claims responsibility. What is your reaction?
