Crime against Humanity: The only example of this is the Holocaust.

- This is the 1998 Rome Statute definition. So you and Winter are right. Israel is committing crimes against humanity (completely). And so does Russia.
 
In my Junior High days (a year or so before 1998). I learned (or I remember to have learned) that this term designated Nazi atrocities against Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, regime opponents etc. Soviet Gulag’s were not included in this definition (or that’s how I remember it).
