Who counts as queer?

In am ideal world where things like racism, sexism, homophobia etc didn't exist, I agree.

At this point in time, words like gay or female are useful.

So, we continue to fuss over those labels and continue giving them more power..?

Personally, I think working to diminish, and eventually eliminate, those labels would be a better use of time, but you do you.

I try to do both. Choosing what is the appropriate response at what time is difficult. Here I just wanted to open up a discussion on annissue inspired by an IG post. I thought if people felt it was a boring or unprofitable topic they'd just ignore it, and if they were interested they'd make meaningful contributions. I'm not good at predicting human behaviour.
