Provided you don't have a latex allergy you want latex bands and not thermoplastic rubber. Beyond that, you want bands that end in sleeves with carabiners. They're more expensive, but not by much. The ones that end in loops don't have the same range of activities..and they bust at the loops. The brand doesn't matter that much. It's a simple product.

We mostly use FOSER stuff now....if I was going to make recommendations - but keep in mind we use these because they market to archers. What I would do..is go to the gym and see which brands they're using.
