It sounds like ancient alien idiocy. Maps, lat and long coords, tech schematics, a shadowy cabal of figures cynically manipulating magic books. All of it fantasy to explain yet more fantasy.
The deluge never happened. Not only did it never happen, it's actually impossible. Not because there's not enough water...though that should do the trick...but because even if there were and it did happen...... we would not be here to discuss it. A storm even remotely like the one so many of us dreamt up is a planet killer. No one knew that back then, ofc, so we can write that off as not knowing shit. What is anyone's excuse supposed to be today, though?
