Garlic & herb chicken breasts. I used a thermometer to check doneness this time. That required repeatedly adding a few minutes of cooking time until the breasts were done. And the two breasts required significantly different amounts of time. But the result was good. The only issue is how this can be coordinated with the preparation of fettuccine Alfredo.
