If someone says, for instance, that they are going to build a house next year, and next year comes and, sure enough, they build a house, was that a prophecy or a plan? Much of what is said to be prophecy is nothing more than a plan, a blueprint that describes an agenda. It's not someone seeing into the future, it's someone revealing their plans for the future.
