Pot roast. I skimped a little on the carrots and onions as the roast itself was rather large, and I didn't want to run out of room for the potatoes. I have been meaning to try oven-cooked roast, but I'll wait to experiment on some smaller, cheaper cuts. I've been thinking of getting a larger slow cooker, but I really like the one I have, even though it's only 6 quarts.
