If you know anything about military matters, you'd know that that's essentially impossible within a reasonable time-frame. Remember, you're gonna have to build 100 times more tanks, 100 times more guns, etc, more ships, more airplanes, more missiles.

During WWII, at the beginning of the German incursion into the U.S.S.R., the Red Army gave a rifle to one and the bullets to another, and off they went to fight the Germans. With current manufacturing capabilities, guns can be made rather quickly. After all, these are the people who build 1,500 room hospitals in a week. And they wouldn't need to make 100 times more tanks or planes, they'd need to build just enough to match the capabilities of who they are fighting.
