Tandoori turkey legs. Not enough meat on the legs to make it worthwhile. The vegetables stole the show. I cooked the legs an hour. Then I surrounded the legs with a bed of onion, seedless cucumber, and red & yellow bell pepper, drenched in oil with basil. After 30 minutes, I layered lemon slices on top, and halved roma tomatoes on top of that and cooked for another 30 minutes. The lemon made the vegetables really delicious.
