I don't care what his diagnoses are. Take his meds and stop trying to shut up his critics.
As someone on the spectrum (professionally diagnosed in my youth), I can say that meds for autism are not a thing. You just go to therapy and try to find ways to cope with the neurotypical world. And if he’s also a narcissist (something I know from my mother), that’s pretty much impossible to treat. No meds AND the patient doesn’t think the problem lies with them.
