So that's why theologians never get a Nobel Prize: because they don't have any evidence that God exists, in spite of what religious people (and other religion enthusiasts) claim here.

I kind of think the real reason is that there isn’t a Nobel Prize for theology or philosophy. That said, a whole lot of deeply religious people have won Nobels.

But suppose someone did prove the existence of God - which of the Nobel categories would it fall under? Certainly not physics, chemistry, or medicine, since God would be a non-physical being. I don’t see such a proof qualifying for Peace or Economics, for obvious reasons. Literature, maybe.
