How's the weather treating you today?

I feel ya.  We had to choose between replacing the HVAC or finding the leak/fixing the pool.

HVAC got fixed to the tune of a lot of $$$$.  Pool must wait.

Downstairs mini split is fixed, other units have all been serviced.
Pool pump was supposed to be fixed yesterday but another part was needed.

Fortunately it wasn't nearly as much $ as it could have been.

To add insult to injury, the breaker box on our house was so old and out of code that it had to be replaced along with the HVAC.  Fix was to the tune of 20K.  Pool has to wait a bit.
