I say it’s the head part of their uniform. The Brits will probably have no choice but to design a summer type of dress for these famous Royal Guards.

Okay Doc Leo...maybe he was dehydrated, perhaps his blood sugar was off, maybe his knees were locked (learn in the military not to do that).  There are many reasons that this guy could have passed out.  

I would think that a tolerance would be built up after wearing the same uniform and headgear day after day (another thing learned in the military).

But you do you and pontificate about anything and everything.
