I prefer that thing Nietzsche said, eternal recurrence. I guess I got confused but to talk about it, I fail to see how it's much weirder than theism, so if I have to accept the supernatural, I guess I'll take it.

Infinite regress seems like a problem if you don't like epistemological nihilism. And the only reason to hate epistemological nihilism is if you want to take a hard position (knowledge is inherently false) or a soft position (from the available evidence, we have to make a tentative assessment that knowledge is not conclusive).
