Tuna fish salad sandwiches. I haven't made tuna salad in a long time, so I tried some new things. Most significant was using my new Chinese Chef's knife to chop the vegetables. It handles wonderfully for chopping. Slicing is a different story. When it came to slicing the second stalk of celery, I reached for my Nakiri. And a number of recipes used green onions instead of regular onions. I wasn't sure I'd like that, but I actually like it better.
