One of my biggest problems with the Koran is the language. If Allah really wanted his teachings to be accessible to the masses, why not use the language most prevalent at the time for the literate, Greek or Latin or Chinese? Instead Allah depends on a person in Hira ca. 610 AD who could not read or write himself. Furthermore, as so many Muslims maintain, the Koran should be read in Arabic as any translation is flawed in some way or another, taking messages out of context and so forth.
This makes me very skeptical over any claim of truth or divinity. It is not something I would consider a smart thing for a deity to do.
