Yeah, LOL, apparently their reason is that 6000 years ago we were closer to god. Closer to god = more perfect. As time goes by, we get more and more seperated from God. Surely we may just become total idiots before the final judgement day comes.
Humans also live shorter lives the more generatons go by (according to these fundies). Adam lived a thousand years, people today are lucky if they hit 80 years old...
who knows, sometime in the next 5 hundred years we may be grunting and groaning to communicate with a lifespan of 40 years or so.
