The list fails to take into consideration that getting a job isn't the only priority of someone going to college / university. Some want to learn about things that interest them; others want to study something fun.
People who study the humanities are notorious for having a hard time finding a job after their studies end, compared to those who study science. That doesn't make English, History, Art, etc a "bad" or "useless" degree.
