"Garlic rubbed beef fillet" and mixed vegetables. This was a bargain basement cut. It was like $7 per pound. It came out fine. I cooked it to medium-rare, and because the grain of the meat clearly ran the long dimension of the cut, I used a carving knife to cut slices across the grain for serving. That did a lot to compensate for the cut's flaws.
