"Some Christians held slaves despite 2000 years of condemnation from the church, therefor Christianity was pro-slavery."

Actions speak louder then words on what ideology stands for and this is especially condemning when they cite the bible as a justification for their actions. 

"Some atheists, in the *explicit name of atheism,* went on 5-year plans of mass genocide against religious individuals; therefor all atheists support mass genocide."

There is no such thing as "In the name of atheism"  because atheism not an ideology and therefore cannot compel anyone to do anything you can't kill anyone in the name of atheism any action of an Atheist are purely their own actions as they are not following any form of ideological ethics and thus can only judge as themselves. Christians can by contrast be judged by the actions of their ideology and religion and it's organizations conduct. 

Thank god neither Christians nor atheists are as monolithic as you are pretending.

Nope Christians can be judged by the actions of their ideology and religion and it's organizations conduct . Atheism cannot.
