Well no it doesn't work, unless you mean it easily and blindly reinforces existing subjective beliefs and prejudices. If you are pursuing what is more likely to be true, it is a woeful standard to set. I would also be loathe to set a standard for credulity, just because people I loved used it, rather I would try and set a standard that more reliably returned beliefs, that were more likely to be true, than not. .
