I think I won't live long enough to see the mass outward migration but I could be wrong.

Years ago (like the mid-80s) I drove through Phoenix around midnight and one of the bank signs showed the temp at over 100 degrees. UGH! I lived in Southern AZ for a time and then up in the Prescott area. At night things cooled down...but not in Phoenix, as I found out.
