But there are people who no longer want to drive or cannot drive and don't have access to a family member or friend who can get them to an appointment, especially if it's not planned ahead.
I've never done telehealth for these reasons; my issues require things like palpation or X-rays or MRIs. I can see the need for immediate advice based on reported symptoms, but thankfully have never had to use that avenue myself.
